Abertay aims to enhance the quality of life in our communities. In addition, we are involved in various wider role activities. We have around 1800 houses in Dundee, including 237 retirement properties which are situated at six complexes throughout the city. Abertay's governing body is its Board and they are responsible for the conduct of the Association's affairs, setting its policies, controlling its finances and employing staff. The Board meets most months and has a maximum of 15 Committee Members comprising at least 2 tenants, at least 2 service users (owner occupiers) and up to 11 from any membership category, who are committed to the aims of the Association and can bring skills or expertise to the organisation.

Have your say on what matters most in your community.

Join the Local Community Planning Partnership (LCPP) for a relaxed and friendly Café Conversation focused this month on Mental Health & Wellbeing. This is an opportunity for local people, community groups, volunteers, and services to come together and discuss what's working well, what could be improved, and what we would like to see happen next.

📅 Wednesday 3 September
⏰ 1:00pm – 3:00pm
📍 Douglas Community Centre, Balmoral Avenue, Dundee, DD4 8SD

Whether you're a resident, volunteer, community group member, work for a local service, or are simply interested in your community, everyone is welcome.

☕ Refreshments provided.

Let's work together to help shape healthier, stronger communities across Dundee.
