We’d like to say a massive thank you to the Gate Caister public house in Caister-on-Sea for filling another NARS collection pot! Here is Emergency Responder Pete collecting the latest one.

This is now the FOURTH collection pot they’ve filled in under two years, all stemming from the time our team attended an emergency at the pub to help a patient.

To the team at The Gate and of course, all the fantastic customers who continue to drop their spare change into the pot, thank you so much for thinking of NARS and supporting what we do. It really does mean a lot to us.

🏃‍♀️👏 A HUGE WELL DONE TO ALL OUR RUNNERS! 👏🏃‍♂️

A massive well done to all our NARS runners, and everyone who took part in today’s Blickling Half Marathon especially NARS Paramedic Laura who ran with a 25kg kit bag on her back!

It was certainly a chilly start this morning, but that didn’t stop our fantastic runners from getting out there, digging deep and powering through those 13.1 miles!

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who took part, especially those running to raise vital funds for Norfolk Accident Rescue Service. Every mile you run and every pound you raise helps us continue supporting patients across Norfolk when they need us most.

Thank you for your amazing effort, determination and support. We hope those legs aren’t feeling too sore tonight!

You’ve done yourselves proud; thank you for supporting NARS!

Celebrating a combined 60 years of service to NARS!

At our Charity Ball last weekend, we were proud to recognise three very special members of the NARS team for their incredible long service.

Carl Smith, Chris Neil and Ryan Warwick have each dedicated 20 years of service to Norfolk Accident Rescue Service, giving a combined total of an amazing 60 years supporting NARS and the people of Norfolk.

Over those two decades, they have attended some of the most serious and challenging incidents, providing vital care when people need it most. Their dedication, commitment and passion for what we do have also helped shape NARS into the organisation it is today.

Twenty years responding to emergencies and giving so much of themselves to help others is an extraordinary achievement, and one that deserves to be celebrated.

From everyone at NARS, thank you, Carl, Chris and Ryan, for everything you have done and continue to do. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of our team.

Everyone at Norfolk Accident Rescue Service would like to wish our office manager Diane and all our fantastic runners the very best of luck at the Blickling Half Marathon this Sunday!

Taking on 13.1 miles through the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, including the picturesque surroundings of Blickling Hall, is a fantastic achievement in itself. But to do it while raising vital funds for NARS makes it even more special.

Every mile you run and every pound you raise helps us continue our lifesaving work across Norfolk, supporting our volunteer doctors, nurses and paramedics as they respond to emergencies in our community.

Good luck, enjoy every mile, and we can’t wait to hear how you get on!
