Room 2 is on the top floor. It has two windows (to the side and to the rear).

Room 3 is on the first floor at the sunny front of the house. This is our best room, having not been occupied since it was completely refurbished. Two huge windows, double bed and bedside table as well as desk area and fitted wardrobe. See pics.

This is the sunny side. Large window (over the front door).

There is a wash hand basin in this room, perhaps saving time in the morning for those who wet shave every day for instance.

Wardrobe and bedside chest as well.

Room 5 is on the first floor at the rear. Twin room ideal for two friends or workmates wishing to save money by sharing a room.

Two single beds. Fitted wardrobes in this room so plenty of storage.

Price £90 for one person or £110 for two people per week. (£390 per month all inclusive for one, and £475 per month for two people sharing).

Sorry this is a no-couples house.

This is our smallest room but it's the cheapest too.

Single bed and a lovely walk in wardrobe!

There is a laminate floor, a double wardrobe and a bedside chest as well as single bed.

The bay window is on the front of the house and faces due south.

This room is accessed from the main hallway so it's ideal for those people who prefer to come and go without seeing their housemates!
