Join us this Wednesday 2nd (11am – 1pm) as Gwent Archives visits for a special session 'Exploring Old Ebbw Vale!'

Other activities happening:
🌻 Refreshments, boccia, board games, crafts, and puzzles at the Sunflower Cafe 11pm - 1pm
🧶 A craft-filled mosaic workshop with BG Arts - Celfyddydau BG 12pm - 2pm
📚 Free light lunch, hot drinks, and informal chat, 1:1 Carer Info & Mentoring sessions as part of Carer Wellbeing Pathways, this week alongside a reminiscence corner and local history books.

🧘 Dr Andrew Lewis is running a mindfulness session for carers tomorrow at EVI! 🍃

This wellbeing workshop is open to carers of all kinds, whether you:
🩵 help a family member, friend, or neighbour with daily tasks, shopping, or appointments.
🩵 provide emotional support or "keep an eye" on someone.
🩵 are managing your own long-term health condition.

☕ Tea, coffee and cake at Bedwellty House this week at the Sunflower Café 🌻

🏡 Join us at the Bedwellty House & Park, Tredegar this Wednesday 26th August 11am - 1pm for refreshments whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings.

💭 At EVI, Practical Mindfulness for Carers will be running with Dr Andrew Lewis 12pm - 1pm, followed by lunch and a Q&A chat 1pm - 2pm.

☕ The Cafe@EVI will offer free hot drinks & iced coffees to emergency service heroes tackling the local wildfires, as a thank you for your hard work. 🦺

The offer will apply to members of the emergency services - Fire, Ambulance and Police - to thank them for protecting the local community, environment and wildlife. Please show your ID when ordering.

Take away drinks are available. The Cafe@EVI is open 10-2 Monday to Friday. Offer ends 11/09/26.
