Good morning families, we are very sorry for those who are still waiting for boxes. Our team of drivers are working very hard today to get the remaining boxes out to you all. If you still haven’t received a box by 3pm today please email [email protected]. Do not post on this group as we are not able to respond to messages here as we are manning the email.
Due to unexpected circumstances deliveries have been delayed but we are trying hard to catch up on them all. We appreciate your patience with this.

Discover! Apricots. Who likes apricots? πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
Dried apricots are delicious and just 30g (roughly one handful) counts towards our 5-a-day πŸ–πŸ» They're delicious on top of cereal or yoghurt. Fresh apricots are also lovely and are currently in season. Check out the factsheet below which shows us how to cut into a fresh apricot.

Now that it's the summer holidays, we might just get some nice weather β˜€πŸ˜Ž This is the perfect time to get outside in the fresh air and take a picnic! Emma from Edinburgh Community Food gives us some inspiration for building healthy lunches for children to support their growth and activity πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈβš½οΈπŸš΄πŸͺ and tells us about the different food groups we need in our diet and why.

Does anyone have any favourite picnic recipes?
