Simply His A Fragrant Servant Ministry Ministering The Heart of The Father To The Heart of His People The Ministry was founded by Janet Thomson It has been born out of God's Goodness. I have indeed Tasted & Seen That God is Good, indeed. In His Loving Kindness He has enabled me to come this far and I give Him All the Glory, Thanks & Praise. For the teaching, training & encouragement I have received from the Ministry Team at Holy Trinity, Wester Hailes and elsewhere. The equipping gained through, CLAN, Streams Ministry, Denis Bourne Ministries, Healing Rooms Scotland & Light & Life, and a few other ministries. These days have been very special times to those who attended them. There has been some great feedback from women, saying how blessed and encouraged they were to be part of the day. The conferences normally have a theme to them and are mainly based on women in the Bible and how God has had a plan and a purpose for each and every one of these women. Incorporated into the conferences are teaching, worship, prayer ministry, hand massage & prophetic ministry. Each day has been different in its own way with God very much with us in every way. I have also been a guest speaker at various conferences and seminars like Spring Harvest and Women's Aglow (Inverness) and would be happy to consider invitations. Lifeskills Coaching The Lifeskills Coaching programs, are for small groups and run for 9/10 weeks, where we encourage women to look at their lives in a positive way and see what changes, if any they would like to make and how they would achieve those changes. Each week is a different subject, i.e. Self Esteem, Skills & Talents, Look Good & Feel Good, Budgeting, Good Housekeeping, Health & Wellbeing. The courses are aimed at Non-Christians and Christian women. We like to encourage those that take part, to look at faith issues, and what it means for them in their lives. The program is for women of all ages. There is no fee for this program but a weekly donation of £1.50 from each attendee is requested, to help cover the cost of any material used. Life Coaching:- this is done on a one-one basis, with the focus on looking at where individuals are in thier lives, where do they want to be and how would they achieve this. How to set life goals, what are the life priorities. We also look at the relationships in our lives, and how do we make time to spend time with the people who are important too us. What are the challenges in the relationships and explore ways of overcoming these challenges. We look at working relationships and what are best practices within a working environment., how to make and maintain appropriate boundaries for workplace relationships. There is a fee for Life Coaching TBA on booking. Spiritual Guidance:- This is done on a one to one relationship. Initially on a weekly basis then on a fortnightly basis. These meetings have a strong spiritual focus and those receiving guidance are encouraged to seek God's guidance through the Holy Spirit and to have a living relationship with Jesus Christ. The focus: Scripture Reading & Biblical Meditation, Prayer, Journaling & times of reflection and listening. Practising their spiritual gifts and learning how to listen for the voice of the Father. Its a really good process for new Christians or those returning to the faith. There is no fee for the Spiritual Guidance but a donation to the ministry are welcomed. Work with small groups is also offered in Spiritual Guidance. Usually 6-8 people at a time. Where each meeting we look at the aspects of spiritual growth together and explore our place in the Kingdom. Small groups will meet on a monthly basis. Personal Prayer Ministry:- I have been trained in most aspects of prayer ministry and have over 18yrs experience in praying for people. The type of Prayer Ministry on offer is Healing Prayer, Inner/Deeper Healing, and Deliverance Ministry & Prophetic Ministry. There is no fee for Prayer Ministry, but a donation toward the ministry would be welcomed. Massage Therapy: I am a qualified Massage Therapist & Aromatherapist. The type of treatments on offer are Clinical Aromatherapy, Aromatherapy Massage, & Therapeutic Massage. The Clinical Aromatherapy treatments,are carried out in a 6wk treatment block. A full lifestyle consultation is carried out prior to the treatment period beginning. A client specific treatment program is then implemented, using only the finest essential oils and other recommendations tailored to the clients needs. These retreats are tailored to suit the client's requirements & needs. They can be 2-3 days or 1 week. Personal Prayer Ministry, Spiritual Guidance, Arts & Crafts and massage treatments will be on offer. You will have your own room and access to the amenities in the house. A fee is payable for the One on One retreats to cover cost of food, and any materials used. The fee TBA with guest on booking. I usually had a small team of volunteers and we would wash & massage feet, hands, do neck & shoulder massage, offer prayer ministry and prophetic prayer. At CLAN (2012) the ministry was invited to take part in the transformation centre, this was a wonderful experience, and we were very blessed to be part of this venture.
