Week 4 of our confidence building programme.🤩

We've been running a confidence group for parents, and the 4th session was great!

Each parent created their own 'Identity Circles' a visual map of who they are, the roles they play, their strengths and qualities, and their dreams!

It was great to see the parents recognise how much they do and all the different parts of themselves they bring to life every day! 😀 💭

We honestly couldn't have hoped for a better turnout at our End of Winter Family Event - over 100 people joined us and the atmosphere was just brilliant from start to finish.

The face painting was a huge hit with the queue never slowing down🎨, and watching families try their hand at circus skills was brilliant, there's a lot of hidden talent out there!
We also had some wonderful animals in for handling and some were brave enough to hold the tarantula🕷️🐍
The Health Agency provided the most delicious soup which everyone enjoyed!

It was also really lovely to have so many support services there on the day, a great chance for people to have a chat and find out what's available to them in the local area.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along, helped out, or supported the event in any way. Days like this are only possible because of the community around us. 💛
