Riddle's Court is an A-listed former merchant's house, located in the heart of the Old Town, near Edinburgh Castle at the top of the Royal Mile. Hidden away until recently, it is a beautiful and atmospheric building making it a unique venue for exceptional events a

Built in 1590, it has considerable historic and cultural significance. It was the venue for a banquet to honour King James VI and his Queen in 1598, home to David Hume in 1751 and one of the first of Patrick Geddes' University Halls in the 1890s.
