July 13, 1985, Princess Diana and then-Prince Charles officially opened the historic Live Aid famine-relief concert at Wembley Stadium in London. The royal couple watched the performances and were photographed chatting with musicians like Elton John, George Michael, and David Bowie. Princess Diana wore a two-piece ensemble designed by Lady Dale Tryon.

July 6, 1989, Diana, Princess of Wales attended the national premiere of the film “Farewell to the King” at the Canon Cinema in Haymarket, London. The event was a charity benefit held in aid of the Elizabeth Fitzroy Homes, an organization supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Her gown was designed by Catherine Walker.
