We are hiring a part time counter clerk at Enniskillen Post Office, the ideal candidate will be required to have excellent customer service skills. Previous Post Office experience ideal but not essential.

The role will consist of counter based duties including the following…

Processing & selling postal products for Royal Mail, Parcelforce & Evri.

Promoting & selling travel products including currency, holiday insurance & travel money cards.

Managing various banking payments including both personal & business cash deposits & withdrawals. Utility bill payments & international money transfers.

Processing passport & vehicle motor tax applications.

Key responsibilities include accurate cash handling, promoting products & services & ensuring efficient service with customer satisfaction.
