Level 3 complete — and I am full of gratitude.
Almost twenty years ago, reflexology changed my life. Today, Chi Medics is changing it again.
Level 3 with Chi Medics has taken everything I thought I understood about the human body and opened it into something far deeper — a richer map of how energy moves, where it holds, and how to support it back into flow. This isn't just advanced training. It is a whole new understanding of the work I love.
Alongside this, I have returned to Reiki — but not as I knew it. A decade ago I trained in the Western lineage. Now, under my Sensei, I am learning the Japanese form — what she calls the true version. It is quieter, more precise, and more beautiful than anything I expected. I am learning as much about myself as I am about the medicine.
Energy has always been something I felt during a treatment. Now I am learning to work with it consciously — to read it, to move it, and to understand what it is telling me about the person in front of me.
Chi Medics reflexology. Japanese Reiki. Twenty years of devotion to this work. I feel like I am just beginning. 🌿
