Summer birthdays are always difficult to plan with unpredictable British weather, so this member of our Library borrowed the 3x4m gazebo in case of rain or mega sunshine. ☀️

We also have a smaller gazebo available and the Wild Party decorations will be available to borrow soon.

Sharing in the community is a wonderful thing.

Summer holidays are just around the corner and if you're planning a trip you're in the right place!

ELoT has a selection of bike racks, car equipment and a Tom Tom satnav for those that don't own snazzy cars with them built in.

There's so much more on offer as well, so before you go out and buy those trip essentials, do go and see what you can borrow from us.

Yes you read this correctly!

Volunteer some time with ELoT and in return you will be given a free membership to the library.

We are looking for the following positions:

🌟Volunteers to help on a Saturday morning once a month for 2-4 hours during our ELot opening times.
Relevant training and support will be given as you start out.

🌟 Volunteer representatives to attend events on behalf of ELoT to promote our non-profit organisation and encourage more people to "borrow more, buy less". We want to spread the message and get more people involved in the initiative.

Ok so we don't mean to brag but we're pretty proud of the camping equipment we have on offer at the library.
From kettles, to stoves, tables and sleeping mats, you will be able to borrow a ton of equipment which will save you a fortune and stop you putting off having fun in the great outdoors.

It's such a joy to see the library providing loans like these.

Here's a recent birthday party thrown for their son by one of our members, they hired our stacking chairs and the Russell Hobbs Chocolate Fountain.
I mean what child wouldn't want a chocolate fountain?!
