This week, we're delighted to introduce Rachel, one of the fantastic members of our Reception Team.
For many years, Rachel has been the warm and friendly face welcoming our customers. Always ready with a smile, she is a valued member of the team whose knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help make a real difference every day.
Alongside her reception duties, Rachel also supports our Customer Engagement Team, helping customers with a wide range of queries over the phone. Her experience and calm approach make her a trusted source of support for both customers and colleagues alike.
When she's not at work, Rachel loves getting lost in the pages of a good book, exploring new worlds and adventures through reading.
🏸 Favourite LED Activity: Playing badminton, especially with her family.
🧶 Fun Fact: In recent years, Rachel has taken up crocheting and has become an avid crocheter. She even creates her own handmade bookmarks to use while reading!
