AMidsummer Night’s Dream opened last night at Whirlow Brook Hall and was fantastic (if we do say so ourselves). The shows tonight at Eyam Hall and next week at Chatsworth Estate are SOLD OUT. There are still a few tickets left for tomorrow at Over Haddon Village Hall and next week at Carsington Water and The Whitworth.

Don’t forget we are back open to the public for a limited time only. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. We have our new fantastic audio tour for you to enjoy. Opening hours are 11am to 3pm. £10 for adults, £5 for children and £25 for a family ticket. Of course our Courtyard is open too with lovely food and gifts too.

So who’s looking forward to Spring? We certainly are and we’re delighted to be able to announce that we’ll be welcoming visitors back to our lovely home on a range of dates in April and May.

So folks here it is, the full menu for takeaway from tomorrow, you can either order online at www.thecoolstone.co.uk from 12pm tomorrow and book your order timeslot. You can also order by phone on the number on the menu. Charlotte will be putting a menu through the doors of everyone in Eyam tomorrow from 12.
We are really looking forward to offering this service and we hope that you enjoy it to!! Charlotte will be delivering between the hours of 5-8, if anybody needs anything outside of those hours let me and we will try to help. I am putting together a menu aswell that will be ready next for readymeals for those that are struggling to get out and also find cooking a strain, these also can be delivered, so if you know anybody like that please get in touch, we want to help 😊

We may be closed to visitors at the moment but the wonderful team at the Coolstone in the Courtyard is offering takeaways on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays - highly recommended

Just a reminder we have put extras in the takeaway menu so please look at the coolstone menu!!
Tomorrow we are open from 12 for takeaway and the coffee machine is on so if you want a latte and toastie for lunch order on line or at the door at coolstone were we have introduced social distancing and safer working conditions for me and most importantly for my fab customers 😊😊

Eyam Book Barn is in the courtyard here at Eyam Hall and we are delighted that they have been able to make this donation at this difficult time particularly for organisations such as Ashgate Hospice which rely so much on fundraising events which have now been cancelled.

Eyam Book Barn is pleased to announce that it has donated £5,000 to this appeal from Ashgate Hospice. When we contacted them today to tell them they said they were thrilled and said that it had "made their day"

Ashgate is our local hospice and has cared for many Eyam residents, friends and family members over the years.

Thank you to everyone who has bought books from us over the last couple of years and whose generosity has meant that we have been able to make this donation.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Book Barn when we are able to re-open.

In light of the current situation, we will not be opening for tours as planned in April and May. We do hope to open in the autumn and will keep you posted when we all know better what is happening.
