We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Falkirk and surrounding areas. You will:
Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in people’s homes
Manage day-to-day operations including staff rotas, risk assessments, audits, and health & safety compliance
Deputise for the Service Manager when needed

Requirements:
SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Full UK driving license

We don't fancy his chances though, as the submissions from the people we support have been much better. Nice try Elf! 😅
