Polmont Playgroup A welcoming community hub in Brightons for babies, children and families.

We offer play sessions, classes, events, parties and hall hire—creating an inclusive place to play, learn, connect and belong. The aim of the group is to be the Playgroup of choice in our community and provide a much-loved Playgroup service to all children regardless of background or ability in the local community where we can learn and develop through play. While our vision is to advance the educa.on and social development of pre-school children with the emphasis on the play experience, so that they take a constructive place in the community and to advance the educa.on of their parents and other appropriate persons. We also encourage community involvement in all of our fundraising activities, making them free of charge or affordable to ensure inclusivity in the community.

🔵 SMALL HANDS, BIG DECISIONS! 🔵😂

One of our youngest fundraising officers has been out on official business… and apparently takes his responsibilities VERY seriously! 👶💙

Forget the boardroom meetings — this little legend knows exactly where the funding decisions are made! 💪🤣

We're delighted to be one of the charities taking part in Tesco Stronger Starts, raising support for our Breakfast Club for Local Schools. 🥣🍎

Every blue token helps us provide a healthy breakfast and a great start to the school day for local children. 💙

🗳️ Voting is open until 30th November 2026!

So next time you're in Tesco, please pop your blue token into Polmont Playgroup's box!

Our smallest campaign manager is counting on you… and judging by this photo, he's keeping a VERY close eye on the votes! 👀😂

💙 Little tokens. Big difference. Full-size determination.

🎨✨ Fantastic funding news! ✨🎨

We’re delighted to have received a £600 award from CFSLA Payroll Lottery towards new arts and craft resources for Polmont Playgroup! 🌈✂️🖍️ THANK YOU

The funding will help us purchase lots of colourful card, glue sticks, sequins, sticker eyes, paint pens and practical craft storage. These resources will support creative, inclusive activities across our playgroup, family sessions and holiday programmes in Brightons.

Creative play helps children develop their imaginations, confidence, fine motor skills and social skills—and, most importantly, they have great fun doing it! 🎉

A huge thank you to CFSLA for supporting our children and families. We can’t wait to show you what they create! 💛
