FB just told me I haven't posted for ages, so perhaps I should tell you about the new pay structure: Quick Income Plan.
Now, when you sign up a homeowner with multiple services you get £250 a pop! If you get busy & sign up 4 or more a month, then it's £350 each, no limits.

A colleague posted this, I can't share it but I was able to copy the text, there's a lesson in there for all of us:

Meet Adam. He’s also refereeing on this tournament I’m doing in Rome.

He’s also a professional actor.

He’s had parts in Harry Potter; About A Boy and Law & Order UK. He’s performed Shakespeare at the National Theatre in Othello, been in adverts and films that have ended up at the Cannes Film Festival.

We had a long chat about the career of an actor, and the ups and downs.

He tells me he has had over 2000 auditions - TWO THOUSAND - to get the parts he’s had. He’s been turned down around 1970 times over fourteen years.

Last year he earned £120 from acting. £120. But he’s not quit.

He has had other times where he’s earned a few thousand pounds for a one day shoot. That was reward for the 1970 no’s.

He moves to Australia in the coming months to pursue his acting career there. All set for more rejection. More disappointments. More no’s. But no doubt some successes too.

Remember, nobody falls on top of the mountain. Nobody has instant success. The only overnight success stories are in people’s dreams, not realities.

You aren't your worst hour.

You aren't your worst week or month.

When things aren't going great you need to remind yourself of the destination you're heading to long term, not where you are right now.

Many of you know that the business I started 8 years ago, didn't come to much. I didn't take it seriously and I dipped in and out, without much focus. I found it hard to commit to something that some of the people close to me were telling me was a waste of time and wouldn't come to anything. I was told to get a proper job, one that wouldn't allow me to spend time with my children when I wanted to. One that wouldn't value me and would cause me a lot of stress. I chose to listen to the new positive friends I had made. The ones that believed in me when I didn't believe in myself.

3 years ago Glenn and I made the decision for me to give up the stressful job and we hit hard times. Financially and emotionally. I kept the belief in a business that I knew was an amazing opportunity for our family. It would bring us time freedom and financial freedom. The next 2 years were hard while i worked on myself and tried to keep myself together. I watched my new friends achieve free holidays and cars and eating out and going on holiday when they wanted. Then 1 year ago I decided, this was also meant for us! I changed my mindset, i treated my business seriously. I was amazed, when I started earning more in a month than i had done in my "proper" job. I was working LESS hours and i WASN'T stressed at all. Then a few days ago I received an email from HQ. Not only had I earned quite a bit more in the last year than i would have done in my "proper" job, I had qualified my family for a free all inclusive holiday to Greece. My business has doubled in size in the process. I have helped some people save money and some I've helped start their own businesses and journey to changing their lives.
