Had this beautiful salad at Loca for lunch last week and today, salad with burrata, balsamic glaze, Parma ham and grilled nectarines, tonight I used it for inspiration and added nectarine to my salad with some chicken and ham and a dressing made from quark and blue cheese

With the weather getting warmer, food can start to turn or go off a bit quicker than we hoped! It's useful to remember that there are many foods that you can freeze ❄️

🍌 Bananas going brown? Pop them in the freezer (with skins on or off) and they can be ready to whizz into banana ice-cream or banana bread!

🍓 Tempted by reduced berries? Pop these in the freezer for a ready supply of porridge topping or smoothy-making goodness!

🥕 Veg on the turn? Chop / grate / cook and freeze for another day!
