We had a lovely afternoon at the library yesterday when Class 2 from Finchingfield Primary School visited.
There was great excitement at feeding time to see the new little froglets in Puddocks Pond 🐸💚

We would like to say a special thank you to Löwen and Braeden for their beautifully decorated sea creatures which are now part of our lovely new window display.
The library is open Wednesday 2-4pm and Saturday 10.30am-12.30pm and 2-4pm.

A great day last week at the Guildhall when lots of clubs and groups came together to celebrate what is on offer in our villages.
The Library and Horticultural Society stalls were on show and new members were enrolled.
Thank you to everyone at the Guildhall for organising this event and to everyone who attended.

Volunteers from the Library will be at the Guildhall next Sunday 10th May, 11am-3pm. Come along and sign up or start a new hobby with one of the other volunteer run groups.

PUDDOCKS’S POND 2026
Come and take a look at this year’s pond.
Nan Eshelby (author) has kindly donated some of her tadpoles again and they are growing fast.
We are looking forward to spotting our first froglet of the year.
The library is open Saturday 10.30am-12.30pm and 2-4pm and Wednesday 2-4pm. 👀🐸📚

This beaded glasses strap was found in the churchyard yesterday and is in the library if the owner would like to collect it some time.
