To celebrate the first day of Summer we have a Cake Weekend on Sat 20th June & Sun 21st June(10am to 4pm),
On the Saturday we have the return of the Plant stall (1 Day only) We are Also taking part in the Flowerpot Festival throughout the whole of June so Our "Puff'in Boots" Flower pot will be on display throughout the cake weekend and also for all of June but only when the shop is open (11am to 4PM)
If you intend to take some cake away it would be helpful to us if you could bring your own Container ( may also need something to put the Plants in) as it will make your very generations donations spread further,
note that the bucket for your donations in exchange for the cakes is on the end of the table next to the drinks

An excellent multi-agency exercise took place Saturday 16/05/26 involving Flamborough RNLI, Bridlington RNLI, and HM Coastguard Bridlington.
The exercise featured realistic emergency scenarios with live casualty role players, providing valuable training and strengthening coordination between all teams involved.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped make the exercise such a success. Bridlington Echo RNLI Bridlington Lifeboats

Ever thought about volunteering with the RNLI ?

As part of Volunteers’ Week, you are invited to an online event about what it’s really like to volunteer with the RNLI, in the North and East Region, from operational roles through to fundraising, water safety, shop volunteering, and more.

The event is taking place on Wednesday 3rd June at 6pm

It’s an opportunity to:
⚓ Hear directly from current volunteers
⚓ Ask questions in an informal setting
⚓ Find out about the wide range of opportunities available
⚓ Learn how you could make a difference in your community

You don’t need previous experience, maritime knowledge, or lots of spare time, there are many different ways to get involved and support saving lives at sea.

If you, a friend, colleague, or family member might be interested, we’d love to see you there.

Current volunteers are also welcome to join and bring a friend!
