Renters Rights Act 2025

The Renters’ Rights Act 2025 is being implemented soon and with it new anti-discrimination changes will be introduced. From the 1st June 2026, it will be illegal for landlords to discriminate against tenants with children or those receiving benefits.

Mae Deddf Hawliau Rhentwyr 2025 yn dod i rym yn fuan a bydd newidiadau gwrth-wahaniaethu newydd yn cael eu cyflwyno hefyd. O 1 Mehefin 2026, fe fydd hi’n anghyfreithlon i landlordiaid wahaniaethu yn erbyn tenantiaid sydd â phlant neu sy’n derbyn budd-daliadau.
