This Macmillan Monday, we are promoting Men's Heath Week this June to encourage men to talk about their health. Talking about health matters - whether its with friends who encourage you to go for an early medical appointment, or with a professional who can allay some of your fears and anxieties.
Sometimes its good to chat to others who are in the same position, so why not pop into one of our support groups? The upcoming dates are Wednesday 24th June at 2pm in Kirrie Library, and Wednesday 1st July at 12 noon at Forfar Library

Dona our volunteer in our Lend + Mend space in Forfar Library has been making some amazing pieces of clothing - check out the pictures below!
If you are looking for help in getting started with machine sewing or starting your own project pop in and see Dona.
She will be available Thursdays 10-3pm till 3rd Sept. No sessions 2nd, 9th &18th July
If you wish to use the Lend + Mend space you must be a member of the library and have undergone a brief safety induction - please contact the library for more information.
