These incidents have included an animal rescue at Foyers Bay, a serious road traffic collision on the A82 at Aberchalder, and reports of a building fire in the village of Fort Augustus (false alarm)

A nice evening down at the Loch Ness viewpoint putting the kit through its paces. Tonight’s focus was on routine pump testing—making sure everything is running exactly as it should when it really matters. From setting up quickly to checking performance and reliability, it’s all about keeping our skills sharp and our equipment ready for action.

Even on a calm night, this kind of training is what keeps us prepared for the unpredictable. Good teamwork & great location.

The crew were paged at 11pm (27.01.26) alongside a crew from Drumnadrochit following reports of a building fire in the Glenmoriston area. On arrival, this was confirmed to be a factory incinerator. Crews isolated the incinerator and made the area safe.
