We have a few sore firefighters today..

Just a small post to thank Fraserburgh fitness centre for a great event again 🙌

Thank you to everyone that has donated so far we are so appreciative of every donations going towards a great cause 🚑 🚁

Also thank you to everyone that was cheering ud along the way yesterday it really did help us push through!

Our just giving will be open until next week and we will get the final count and put a post up to let everyone know how much the final amount is 🚒🔥

🚒👨‍🚒 GRB 👨‍🚒🚒

One week to go before the big walk/run and we have raised between our carwash, collection at Tesco and our just giving page a staggering £4000! A massive amount raised to donate to the Scottish charity air ambulance 🚁 we thank you all 🙌.
A huge milestone would be £5000 so any donations up until then would be absolutely brilliant as it’s for a great cause, we would be extremely thankful 👨‍🚒

Fraserburgh fire station would like to extend a massive thank you to Andrew Duthie and the crew of Taits FR 229, Thursday drill night was a boat BA exercise. The exercise was gruelling! the heat and confined spaces were quite the challenge but our crews from Fraserburgh and a crew from Turriff managed to dig deep and complete the exercise. 🔥

Training like this is extremely beneficial for us and we are lucky enough to live in a community where the public make this possible 🚒👨‍🚒
Whether it’s cars donated for us to do rtc exercises, houses/buildings that we use for BA now we can add boats aswell.
We thank you all for the opportunities to sharpen our skill sets 👨‍🚒🚒

🚒👨‍🚒 car wash 👨‍🚒🚒

Saturday 25th of July 10-4 Fraserburgh fire station are doing a car wash in aid of our GRB fundraising for the Scottish charity air ambulance 🚁!
We have had a lot of donations already which we are truly thankful for so we would like to keep up the momentum as we’re less than a month away from the GRB walk/run 😬

Heather and Harris the SFRS mascots will also make an appearance so great opportunity for a photo (the more people want photos the longer we get to keep some staff in the suits.. so please take as much photos as you can with them 👀

Hopefully the weather is on our side and we can’t wait to see you all tommorow 🧼!

We have fudge! We will be selling bags of fudge at the blue light festival in aid of air ambulance for £2.50, I can personally guarantee you will like the fudge as it’s our duty to taste test it (for quality and safety purposes obviously) so please buy it up as it’s for a great cause 🚁🚒
