A lovely 5-mile walk around Cleadon Hills with Boots Belles today. Around 14,000–15,000 steps, depending on your fitness tracker… and, of course, the length of your legs! 🥾

Plenty of fresh air, beautiful views and lots of chatter along the way.

And the perfect way to finish… a well-earned cuppa at Souter Lighthouse! ☕️🌊

Another hilarious look at the joys (and dramas!) of growing older with the fabulous Marie Thom — aka Midlife Dramas in Pyjamas — and her brilliant new talk, “I. Am. A. Woman.” Safe to say, it resonated with most of us at Bowes Belles! 🙋‍♀️💪🏼

The evening was filled laughter, knowing nods and “that’s definitely me!” moments.

Our Dinner Belles enjoyed another fantastic lunch today at The Bowes Incline! 🍽️✨

Great food, great company and excellent service from Richard, who looked after us so well.

Thank you to everyone at The Bowes Incline for making our lunch such an enjoyable one. We had a lovely afternoon and look forward to visiting again soon! 💕

As usual, we were all far too busy chatting and enjoying the beautiful surroundings to remember to take any photos of ourselves!

Another lovely outing for our Boots Belles yesterday. They walked along the river path from Dunston Staithes, crossed the Swing Bridge (celebrating its 150th birthday yesterday!), and enjoyed a cheeky bacon buttie at Wetherspoons before heading back.

With sunshine all the way, they clocked up an impressive 9,100 steps! ☀️👢🚶‍♀️🥓🎉👏
