We’re proud to celebrate the success of our Customer Service Apprentices, Harry and Ethan, who have both completed their apprenticeships with distinctions.

Their journey is a fantastic example of the value apprenticeships can offer—combining hands-on experience with structured learning while building the skills needed for a successful career. Throughout their time at Apex, they’ve developed key skills including communication, teamwork, time management and problem-solving, all while supporting our customers and learning more about the industry.

Like any challenge, their apprenticeship journey came with hard work and dedication, but their commitment paid off with an incredible result. Achieving a distinction is a huge accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort they’ve put in.

This week, we held our annual management review, reflecting on the successes of 2025, the challenges we’ve overcome, and the strong team we’ve built. The drive, dedication, and commitment shown throughout the year position us perfectly to carry that same momentum into 2026.

As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue leading the way in two-way radio and body-worn camera technology. With new innovations on the horizon, our focus remains clear — ensuring our customers are equipped with the very best products on the market.

It was a brilliant and collaborative day for our management team, with representation from across the business — business development, marketing, finance, engineering, and office operations. Bringing every department into the conversation ensures we move forward aligned, focused, and stronger together.

2023 has been a year of change here at Apex Radio Systems, with 11 new members of staff, the ongoing redevelopment of our Teesside engineering depot and details of a new HQ to follow soon. The latest change is the re-design of our fleet of company vehicles. A big thanks to Sign sign signs for their help with this project. Out with the old, in the with the new!
