It is a great location to walk your dog, spend time with the family and attend events run by the Rangers.

Riverside Country Park is having a Riverside Quest from the 20th July to 31st August! Only £1. Just pop in to the visitor centre and we will provide a map! 🗺️

No booking required just come on the day you’re down or fancy a bit of an explore of the park!!!

Whilst pond dipping in our Education Pond with home schoolers, over two days we came across these beautiful smooth newts.

If you have a pond you can see them during the summer, breading. Whilst the rest of the year they hibernate in grasslands, and woodlands over winter.
