When you work in a school like Gretton School, you see every day how powerful the right environment can be for autistic young people. So when our residential provision was rated Outstanding for the fifth consecutive year earlier this year, it felt like a moment worth reflecting on - not just celebrating.
Since sharing the news, weโve spent time thinking about what โOutstandingโ really means in practice: the relationships, consistency, trust, and everyday moments that help young people feel safe enough to thrive.
