3 couples who had a little dream which turned into a reality.

It’s not as daunting as it seems and after all conversations with these gorgeous couples it started off as “wouldn’t it be amazing if we could elope to Scotland” which turned into, “we are doing it and will see you soon!”

Please take my word for it, You’ll have the best experience. everyone in this industry loves having those special connections, making things memorable and of course we all love, love!

Rosebery Estate

This place honestly took my breath away. Romantic, elegant, peaceful and truly beautiful. The grounds alone will leave you a little speechless.

Ideal for an intimate setting or alternatively the steadings have space for over 100 guests. You must look this up!

Jo and her amazing team were superb and their attention to detail was incredible.

Thank you so much to my lovely couple down south who matched the most perfect venue setting that suited their personalities on their special day. ❤️

Loved being part of this last week ❤️ Such a special time, with amazing people from across the ocean, all coming together beautifully.

And the Bell 🔔 it made its 5th appearance this year (check out photo 3!).

To the grooms… 🤵🏻‍♂️

We all know that traditionally the wedding day is often centred around the bride, as it should be🫶

However, sometimes within all the excitement the groom can be quietly forgotten.

And so I wanted to turn the spotlight around for a second…

In the ceremonies I conduct I like to give this wee moment to our grooms… the ones standing waiting nervously, just before that incredible, wow, look at my gorgeous bride!

These are some of the gents I was lucky enough to “selfie” with.

Thank you 🙏🏻 it’s one of my favourite parts. Not taking it away from the bride, ⭐️ just ensuring you are both seen and celebrated for your moments equally.

Here we are at The Kelvin
Great Western Road in Glasgow and as you know I like the historic stories of these buildings. 🙌🏻

As you can see it still retains those gorgeous stained glass windows and stone work.

It was a really lovely local one for me and is set within the Old Lansdowne Church.

Another gorgeous venue to celebrate the intimate and romantic story Of L & E ❤️.

To be invited into a family’s most significant and vulnerable moments is something I never take for granted.

It is so important to me that I truly understand the person whose life we are there to remember. Not just the facts and date's but their quirks, character, stories, loves, laughter and all the little things that made them - them. I try to weave this into a ceremony that feels it’s unmistakably theirs.

On this grief Awareness Day, I’m thinking of those who are navigating their own grief and of the beautiful people whose stories I’ve been trusted enough to tell. 🤍

Dalhousie Castle 🏰 you were magnificent. What a wonderful venue not far outside Edinburgh. Stunning grounds. Celebrating a lovely couple from the US. A very intimate and private ceremony with an Owl bearing the rings. Much thanks goes to C&A…. I loved getting to know you both ❤️. Hope you enjoyed the Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 hospitality
