POLLUTION OFFICER NOT SATISFIED WITH HISTORICAL TESTING
Glynneath Contamination Murders - In this video we see the NPTC Pollution Officer who is responsible for contaminated land tell the planning committee he is not satisfied with the historical testing at the site and that he would like to see the ground tested down to its natural level.
Every councillor and planning official at the meeting is aware that the NPTC planning department worked with the Cuddy Group to cover up the contamination found at the site in 2008.
Shortly afterwards Enzo Homes submitted a planning application to remove the safety conditions from the planning approval which was approved by the head of planning Ceri Morris in March of 2021.

Toxic waste exposure in children, especially heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic) and pesticides, significantly impacts behavior, causing issues like ADHD, hyperactivity, learning disabilities, poor attention, memory problems, and increased risk for autism spectrum disorders, due to their developing brains being highly vulnerable, leading to potentially permanent neurodevelopmental damage from prenatal to early childhood exposures.

METHODS OF MURDER - WILLFUL BLINDNESS & NUMPTY DECEPTION - GLYNNEATH CONTAMINATION MURDERS
At this point in the video Councillor Knoyle turns a blind eye to historic planning department corruption that has allowed poisons to remain on the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site and the status of the site to remain misrepresented. This happened through a series of planning applications between 2008 and 2010, to which Councillor Knoyle refers. He was informed of this as part of an email chain with the council leader on the 15 May 2020. This He is already aware the the council of which is part of has broken a major environmental law and he pretends that nobody knows what happened at the time, however Del Morgan who is his fellow councillor and whom he has just had a conversation with does because he was a councillor at the time. The latter we have termed as 'numpty, deception' because the person using it pretends they are not aware of specific information or process etc, it a favourite tactic of Simon Knoyle's to avoid responsibility.

Historical documents contained on the Neath-Port Talbot Council's planning portal identify that between 2008 and 2010 the Neath-Port Talbot Council planning department and the Cuddy Group, owners of the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site worked together with planning agents to misrepresent the status of the historical landfill site and to cover up contamination that was present at the site. The failure of the NPTC to uphold their regulatory responsibilities enabled the Cuddy Group to continuously tip toxic waste at the site for the next 7 years. Evidence collected by our residents group identifies that clusters of deaths occur in properties surrounding the site every time there is a major disturbance of the land. We estimate that directly or indirectly contamination at the Heol-y-Glyn landfill site has caused an accumulated total of between 50 and 200 deaths in the town of Glynneath over a period of 30 years. Since 2020 local councillors Del Morgan (Plaid Cymru) and Simon Knoyle (Independent) have been working against this residents group to facilitate the planning authority cover up of the poisons. This we believe has raised the severity offence from Corporate Manslaughter to Corporate Homicide. The offence is ongoing because the regulatory authorities South Wales Police and Natural Resources Wales refuse to investigate reported deaths. In this video we see evidence of the police inspector Lindsey Sweeney taking only information from Simon Knoyle despite being presented with evidence by 3 subject matter experts including a former councillor who witnessed first hand Knoyle's deception.

GLYNNEATH CONTAMINATION MURDERS OVERVIEW

The land south of Heol-y-Glyn in the Welsh mining village of Glynneath has since the late 1930s been used as a domestic and industrial landfill site. Between 2003 and 2016 the tipping of industrial waste was undertaken by the 12th largest demolition contractor in the world, the Cuddy Group. Information about the contamination identified at the site has been misrepresented by planning agents and the local council, for example the land is misrepresented on the Local Development Plan as suitable for building. Planning permission was given to build 80+ houses on top of what is basically a toxic waste dump. The local council have used methods of deception and allowed an environmental criminal Enzo Homes to move the toxic waste around the site, defining contaminated land as inert soil. Enzo Homes broke 2 major environmental laws at the site during their tenure. Local councillors have deliberately lied to and worked against the community to support the developer and have for the last 5 years covered up their own corruption by spreading disinformation through social media. Documents identifying death through probable poisoning have been destroyed by local councillors. The relative regulatory authorities, Natural Resources Wales, South Wales Police, Public Health Wales and Wales Audit Office refuse to investigate anything. It is estimated that approximately 20-50 deaths have been directly caused through the contamination with many more instances of ill health caused through the tipping of, and disturbance of toxic waste.

In this video, we see how the Neath Port-Talbot Council Planning Development Manager Steve Ball has grossly misrepresented the role of Natural Resources Wales in the planning process for the Heol y Glyn development. This is evidence he is presenting as factual to the Planning Committee. We believe that the reason he does this is to cover up Planning Department malpractice which allowed the Cuddy Group to tip on the site unregulated and to provide the Planning Committee with a sense of lawfulness for the development and in particular the illegal tipping habits of the Cuddy Group. The Cuddy Group were tipping at the Heol y Glyn site from 2005 to 2016 while Natural Resources Wales was founded in 2013 and the Cuddy Group's first NRW licence dates from August 2014 by which time the majority of tipped material had been brought onto the site.

I spent a few hours last night watching the Netflix series on the Corby birth defects from toxic waste case. The similarities between Corby and Glynneath are striking. The one difference being that in Corby the lorries were driving through the town to an out of town location to dump the waste. In Glynneath however the waste is next to peoples homes in Woodlaand Park, Brynhyfryd, Waun Gron & Heol-y-Glyn, not forgeting of course that it has planning permission to be moved closer to peoples houses...............

When dozens of babies in Corby are born with disabilities, their mothers embark on a battle to hold those responsible to account. Based on a true story.

Introduction: In recent decades, exposures to environmental toxic metals of hydrogeological origin (eg, arsenic, lead, cadmium, mercury, and copper) have become a global public health concern owing to their potential deleterious (causing harm or damage) health effects in humans.

and its:

Conclusion: Exposure to arsenic, lead, cadmium, and copper is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and coronary heart disease. Mercury is not associated with cardiovascular risk. These findings reinforce the importance of environmental toxic metals in cardiovascular risk, beyond the roles of conventional behavioural risk factors.

It provides evidence that the 2 contamination tests published on the NPTC planning website in relation to the Heol y Glyn site show in 2008 the safety guidelines for arsenic were exceeded and in 2020 for lead.

Neath Port Talbot Council refuse to provide the outcome of the 2008 human health risk assessment or a the required HHRA following the 2020 contamination.

The word deleterious means that the poisons dumped by Cuddy on the Heol y Glyn landfill site may be causing you harm if you live in Glynneath.

BBC Wales have produced this very informative documentary on land contamination and toxins in Wales which identifies that councils are not undertaking their responsibilties in relation to contaminated land. The picture should act as a link to the BBC iplayer page.

Is your council sitting on important information which could pose a risk to health and property? A year-long investigation reveals some local authorities have been failing to act on a toxic secret.
