These are funded under the ECO3 initiative at absolutely no cost to you.

The UK Government’s Energy Company Obligation Scheme was set up in 2013 to help homeowners who are in receipt of one or more benefits, such as Universal Credit, Child Benefit, and many more, reduce their energy bills. In 2018, it entered its third phase, ECO3.
