Zetland Community Hub Timetable (so far)

After only a couple of months renting the Zetland hall, we have the following classes and social events available…

Social Dancing (once a month on a Friday evening) 🥂🕺💃

The hall space can be used for a wide range of health & fitness activities, parties and functions, meetings and seminars, recreational activities and more.

If you’re interested in renting the hall, please look at the timetable to see which times are vacant. If you would like to reserve an available day and time to rent space for your class, please contact the page.

A wee schedule update... and it's because I've been listening!🤍

So many of you have been asking for evening classes, so I'm giving the people what they want!

⭐️Thursday evening classes are now being added at 5:15pm and 6:15pm starting 20th of August.⭐️

These classes have been highly requested, and I'm so excited to finally add them to the timetable.
Whether you work during the day or just prefer an evening workout, these are for you.

If your wee one is already at a club at that time why not take that 45 mins for YOU and feel good & get the body moving and feeling strong within yourself💪🏽

It’s happening…

Mat Pilates is coming to Grangemouth, and I honestly couldn’t think of a better place to kick things off than Sparta Boxing Gym.

I’ve been getting asked for so long to bring my classes to Grangemouth, and I think it’s about time! It’s right on my doorstep, and I genuinely can’t wait to bring my style of Pilates to the town. Creating fun, welcoming, challenging classes for my own community is something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and I’m so excited that it’s finally here.

We start Friday 7th August, and trust me… this is just the beginning. 👀 I’ve got some exciting things in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with you.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or you’ve been doing it for years, I’d love to have you there.
