As you wander through Belvoir Castle’s gardens this summer (especially the Rose Garden now it’s in full bloom), you’ll notice plenty of bees happily bumbling amongst the flowers. But what many visitors don’t realise is that these aren’t just passing pollinators… many of them actually call the Belvoir Estate home 🐝

With 16,000 acres of parkland, woodland and gardens, Belvoir provides the perfect environment for honeybees to thrive. Alongside supporting local beekeeping, Belvoir is also involved in honey production using honey harvested from the estate’s own hives, as well as from trusted local businesses with hives across the Vale.

The result? Delicious, locally produced Belvoir honey available now from the Belvoir Farm Shop 🍯

Whilst the sun has well and truly come out this bank holiday, our adventure playground is staying cool - naturally shaded by ancient woodland all day long 🌳

TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE – BELVOIR CASTLE CIRCUS! ✨🎪

The big top is calling and there are still tickets up for grabs for this weekend's spectacular circus event right here at Belvoir Castle! 🏰

With a glorious heatwave to celebrate, there's never been a better excuse to make some magical half term memories with the family!

Showings are running TODAY, tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday Bank Holiday at:

Today, we welcomed an exclusive delivery of the beautiful new Sir David Beckham roses from David Austin 🌹

For generations, the Belvoir Estate has been part of the Midlands rich farming heritage.
Very often the ‘Bel-Voir’ (or beautiful view!) from the castle windows includes the cows, sheep and pigs that we care for on site 🐮🐑🐷

Today, our expert farming team proudly continue this tradition, caring for our animals across open pastures and peaceful fields where they can thrive. Animal welfare and responsible farming are at the heart of everything we do 🚜

We are proud of the estate’s long-standing connection to the land and our ongoing dedication to producing fresh, local food for the Belvoir Farm shop, that feeds the local community 🥩 Belvoir Retail Village at Belvoir Castle
