It was an absolute privilege to visit Currys London Campus for their 250-mile cycle marathon to support our good friends at the Digital Poverty Alliance (). We were given the opportunity to share about how we support our guests, helping them navigate the digital world and access essential resources to get them back on their feet.

We are so grateful to have received seven laptops, which will make a lasting impact and give our guests the tools they need towards attaining their own tenancy 🤝

In support of Gravesham Sanctuary, the Jazz act, Five to the Bar, will be performing a special gig at TJ's Pub in Gravesend () on Saturday 20th June at 7:30 PM. Tickets for the events are £10-£15. All profits will go to Gravesham Sanctuary, as well as the Abound & Flourish Charity.

Come along for a fun evening, all in support of great causes!

We are so grateful to the amazing students at St John's Catholic Comprehensive School! Their 2026 Sleep-Out Fundraiser has raised over £2,700 for Gravesham Sanctuary, which is incredible!

This will help immensely in providing essential support to our guests at our day centre and at our HMO. Your kindness goes further than you realise 😁

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Possible vacancy for a new role at Gravesham Sanctuary Day Centre. This opportunity is dependent on successful grant funding. We are inviting early expressions of interest.

This would be a part-time paid role until March 2029 as Day Centre Manager, working alongside our Guest Welfare Manager. We would be looking for a highly motivated and relational person to oversee the running of the day centre as a welcoming, inclusive community for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and others facing life challenges.

The Manager would work with an enthusiastic team of volunteers and individuals with lived experience of homelessness to further develop the centre, strengthening existing activities and implementing new initiatives.

Lorna, our Guest Service Manager at our day centre, was recently invited to Darenth Valley Hospital to take part in a teaching session for resident doctors, focusing on practical tools to help them effectively advocate for patients experiencing homelessness and reduce health inequalities.

It's great to share our experience and skill base with other organisations and sectors to combat the challenges posed by homelessness and social isolation 🤝

Your consistent contributions help us provide essential services to our guests through our day centre and support those staying at our HMO as they work toward long-term accommodation.
