The successful candidate will be travelling to client sites – ranging from apartment blocks to care homes – on a daily basis to repair and install fire doors and carry out fire stopping. Our primary operating area is Greater London and the A12 corridor to Suffolk.

Our Essex engineers working across two large ongoing projects in carrying out fire door installs, remedial works and a helping hand to our sister brand ExempliFire Limited to install a smoke ventilation system (AOV)
Making solid progress on both sites.
Busy days, big jobs, and plenty of hard work put in by all, all week 👏

Another quality install completed this week in Braintree 🔥

We’ve just fitted a StrongDor steel fire-rated door to a bin store at a block of flats—replacing a timber fire door set that just wasn’t cutting it. The upgrade not only improves fire safety but also gives the area a far tougher, more secure finish.

These doors are seriously impressive. Strong, reliable, and designed exactly for environments like this. Safe to say, they’re a great product to work with and install.

First of many going in… and we’re not complaining 💪🚪🔵🟡

🎄✨ Christmas Celebrations with the Exempli Team ✨🎄

On Saturday, we brought together both ExempliFire and ExempliBuild for a well-earned festive meal. It was a great chance to relax, enjoy good food, and celebrate the teamwork and collaboration that’s defined the year.

We’d also like to say a sincere thank you to our customers for your continued trust and support throughout the year. Working with you is a huge part of what makes our roles rewarding, and we truly appreciate the relationships we’ve built along the way.

As the year draws to a close, we’re proud of what’s been achieved together and excited for what’s ahead.
