Our mission is: To motivate, educate, inform & inspire

CPO is a social enterprise which specialises in creating positive opportunities for the local community. As an organisation we focus on social regeneration through training and up-skilling those members of the community that are seen as ‘hard to reach’, who suffer from social exclusion due to their location, age, or social and financial situation. Our main aim is to improve the employability prosp

ects of our clients but our support is very holistic and person-centred, meaning that we will offer advice and guidance on whatever each individual wants support with. We currently work with excluded pupils, adult community members who won’t engage with traditional learning, and NEETs – including lone parents.

🌧️🔥 A SOGGY BBQ, BUT A BRILLIANT DAY! 🔥🌧️

Today’s rain certainly didn’t stop us from having a BBQ at CPO’s allotment! 🌧️🍔❤️

A massive thank you to NELC's Ann-Marie Matson, Paul Caswell, Karen Linton, the Community Payback Team, and every single volunteer and child who came down and got stuck in, even though the weather wasn’t quite as kind as we’ve been spoilt with lately! 🥰

We’d also like to say a huge THANK YOU to Crown Paints - If You Like It, Crown It , Wi******er Allotment, Lindsey Gardens, Pennells Garden Centre, Frank Sparkes - North Wall Cleaner and Bettys Bake House for all their support and for helping make this day possible. 🌱🎨🪴🧁

Despite being absolutely soaked, we’ve had smiles, laughter, teamwork and some great memories made, and that’s what it’s all about! ❤️

🌱 Opening Day is almost here! 🌻

Today we were back at the allotment putting the finishing touches in place, and we’re now all ready for our opening day! 😀

We can’t wait for you all to see what our fantastic community, learners and, of course, staff members have been busy working on throughout the summer. 🥒🍓🥔🌱🌻🌸

Pop down, grab a bite to eat, explore what we’ve been growing and even harvest some of our crops to take home! 🌽🌶🫚

🎉 What a turnout for yesterday’s final HAF session, and what a BLAST we had! 🎉

Party Time joined us with an amazing selection of inflatables and sumo suits, which were a massive hit with the children! 🥳

A huge thank you to Morrisons in Laceby and Casa Nostra in Cleethorpes for their incredibly generous donations, helping us make sure the children had some tasty meals to enjoy. ❤️

And to top it all off, Bertie's Ice Cream joined us too! 🍦 It was absolutely delicious, and we can totally recommend the mint choc chip waffle cone! 😋

Our local police officers also came along again, but don’t worry, nobody was in trouble! 😂 After having so much fun with us last time, they couldn’t wait to come back and see us again. 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

Unfortunately, the rain put a bit of a dampener on our planned colour run 🌧️🌈, but that certainly didn’t stop the children from having an amazing time partying inside!

What an AMAZING summer we’ve had! ☀️❤️ We’ve loved every minute and are so proud of all the fun, memories and smiles we’ve shared.

We can’t wait for Tuesday club to start up again! Although… we’ve had to strike a little deal and promise the children an after school colour run! 🌈🎨

Weather permitting, of course! 😉😂

Thank you to everyone who has helped make this summer so special. We couldn’t have done it without you! ❤️

Today, the CPO HAF crew headed to Tuckers Funfair, and what a day we had! 🎢🎡

There were smiles all round, plenty of screams of excitement and, luckily, absolutely nobody was sick! 😂 The kids had the genius idea of eating AFTER the rides… definitely a good call! 🙌

The bumper cars were a firm favourite, with the CPO gang taking over the whole attraction at one point. It was GAME ON and boy, were they all gunning for the staff! 😳😂 What we did to deserve that, we’ll never know!!

Anyway, tomorrow is the LAST day, and to say we’re looking forward to it is an understatement! ❤️ Watch out kids..... we're coming for you!!

Yesterday CPO were thrilled to welcome Lab Rascals at the Grange community centre for an unforgettable, fun-filled day of science! 🧪✨

The kids got stuck into some seriously exciting experiments, from making slime and exploring ice experiments to the very memorable experience of safely setting fire to their hands! 🔥😱

And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better… Beast Burger arrived with food for everyone! 🍔🙌 Then Hungry Hogs joined the kindness too, bringing along even more delicious food and refreshing slushies. 🍔🍟🥤

To say the kids were well-fed would be a HUGE understatement! 😂❤️

A massive thank you to everyone who helped make the day so exciting, memorable and incredibly tasty. Your generosity and support made such a difference, and we truly appreciate every single one of you! 🥰

A huge thank you to Jackie at The Grange Community Centre! 💜

As our fantastic HAF programme is coming to an end this week, we wanted to take a moment to recognise one of the people who helps make it all possible.

Jackie has been an absolute star throughout the summer, keeping everyone well fed with her famous cheesy chips and a whole range of delicious creations that have fuelled our fun-filled activities. The children and young people have truly appreciated every meal, snack and treat along the way.

Jackie is at the heart of The Grange community, always welcoming, supportive and ready to help. Her kindness, hard work and commitment never go unnoticed.

As a small token of our appreciation, we were delighted to say thank you for everything Jackie has done to support CPO youth and our HAF programme.

Thank you again, Jackie. We couldn't do it without people like you. 🌟
