Waltham Parish Council

It was our 4th year of supporting Waltham Parish Council’s summer events at Waltham Windmill this afternoon - and we loved it!!

A number of activities to support a community group, followed by a group game of small sided matches with different instructions to score for their team. We ended with a tournament with the older group and a match with our youngest players.

It’s one of our favourite sessions of the summer! Thank you for having us once again and look forward to planning for our fifth year! 🙈🤣

Thank you to all of the 2026 planter adopters - the standard was absolutely amazing and helped Waltham to come first in the Best Kept Village Competition 2026.
We are pleased to announce that Crosskills Florist very kindly judged this year's competition and the results are as follows
1st place - Planter on Bradley Road - the judges were bowled over by the colour of the hydrangeas and the general care of the plants.
2nd Place - The Grove Care Home - planter near the allotments.
3rd place Waltham Pre-School - planter opposite All Saints.
