About Us
We provide support for people 18+ that have a formal diagnosis of Asperger’s. As a service we offer:
• 1:1 support around understanding diagnosis as well as offering strategies to address any sensory issues and issues that may present due to Asperger’s (i.e. social interaction difficulties, anxiety, etc).
• Emotional support – Talking therapy and mindfulness.
• Walk the Walk – Support in the community to help build on confidence and independence around accessing public amenities (supermarkets, public transport etc).
