It was great to welcome the children back to school today! We are all very proud of how well the children transitioned into their new classes!

Year 6 enjoyed an evening of rounders, chip shop dinner and a water fight! A big thank you to FOGS Friends of Grundisburgh School who kindly paid for all of the children's meals!

Our final sports enrichment day took place yesterday! All the children got the chance to take part in UV Dodgeball!

Our EYFS team have made an amazing video to help support our new children joining our school in September!

Year 6 were amazing in their performance of the William Shakespeare play The Tempest today! It was a magnificent performance by all involved! Well done year 6!

Today we welcomed Kate and Kathy from Woodbridge Library into school to lead a whole school assembly. They explained the Summer Reading Challenge which is open to all children!

Reading Quest is an exciting opportunity to get the whole family involved in reading and making memories this summer!

Children of all ages can sign up at any library and receive their case file from 18 July onwards. You can sign up at any time during the school holidays to start your journey.

You don’t need to read a set number of books – our summer reading programme is designed to encourage children to enjoy reading at their own pace in a fun, interactive way. Reading for pleasure helps children build self-esteem and improve wellbeing throughout life.

Each time you visit the library, bring your case file back to receive a sticker or two to celebrate your reading journey! Collect a case file from the library to get started.
