This is a scary time for all of those collecting their A level results. We hope everyone gets the grades that they have worked so hard for and truly deserve. But while it may feel like your life is resting on this one moment, the reality is, it isn’t. No matter what grades you receive, there are always options available for you. Let’s stop with the lies about Net Zero.

It is not only possible, it is the only viable option. We need to reduce our dependency on fossil fuels and take urgent action to avoid catastrophe. Climate change isn’t a hoax and the winners from our continued use of fossil fuels aren’t the people of the UK, but the oil giants that donate to Reform UK and the Conservatives.

The Liberal Democrats are the only serious party who actually care about climate change. We believe it is a real threat to our way of life and that Net Zero is necessary and positive for everyone.

While the Conservative Party has abandoned their commitment to help solve this terrible issue, we will not pander to the likes of Reform. We know what we believe in and we will stick by it!
