👉 Hard working Boro fans have seen taxes go up - when the opposite was promised - and now we are paying the price for Labour’s failed economic policies with the cost of going to the Riverside going up.

Season ticket prices are up £30 for adults and £45 for the over 65s, with the club blaming Labour’s tax hikes on business for their increased overheads.

Costs are up £1.6m from just two years ago. Even a team flying high in the Championship can’t dodge the consequences of Labour’s failed economic policies.

Yet again, the Chancellor’s awful decisions are hitting hardworking people right in the wallet.

Anyway… rant over. A win at Coventry tonight will make us all feel better! 👊

🚨 Conservative Victory 🚨

David Lammy's attempts to mass delete vital court records have been stopped.

These records helped to expose the reality of serious crimes like the r**e gangs. He wanted to cover them up. We stopped him.

Popped over to Teesside Park and noticed an Emergency Bleed Control Cabinet and one of the proudest achievements I've done been a councillor is bringing this piece of lifesaving kit to Redcar and now adopted by all of Teesside.

The Labour Leader of Redcar and Cleveland Council has blocked us on here for holding him to account.

Tomorrow is the budget at Redcar and Cleveland Council. Labour will put up your Council Tax by 4.99% for the third year in a row despite promising to freeze it in 2023.

🚨 Maximum Increase in Council Tax 🚨

🔵 Planning conditions for the steps have been satisfied and work is due to begin soon, that's all I can tell you. I don't have the exact date they were removed, perhaps someone can help me out? It must be close to a year.

🔵The same Labour council, propped up by the Lib Dems, will soon be demanding from you the maximum increase in council tax for the third year running, 4.99%, despite an increase in funding from government of £4m each year for the next 3 years.

🔵 Middlesbrough is proposing a 2% increase.

🔵 The same council is also proposing to get us into greater debt. Extra borrowing of £15m over 20 years is planned, partly to cover a shortfall in business rates forecasts. Our debt repayment is already much higher than the other Tees Valley councils. Servicing the council's debt costs us over £20m every year, around 18% of the council's budget.

🔵 October 2025 the council was running at nearly £3m over budget.

🔵 Consultation on the budget is underway. Redcar & Cleveland Conservatives will be asking questions about all of the above as it takes every opportunity to hold this council to account for its actions.
