✨ Take time to recharge... because you can't pour from an empty cup. ✨

Over the last two Aquatic Wellness & Sound Bath Experiences, we've watched guests arrive carrying the stresses of everyday life and leave feeling calmer, more relaxed and refreshed. There's something truly special about taking 90 minutes to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

Floating gently in warm water while being immersed in the beautiful sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and drums creates a unique experience that words simply can't do justice.

The feedback from our recent sessions has been incredible, and we're so grateful to everyone who has trusted us to be part of their wellbeing journey.

Now that the little ones are back at school, take a peek at all the fun we got up to at our Summer Holiday Club! ☀️

The children enjoyed so many fun and educational activities, including baking, pizza making, nature walks, plant potting, arts and crafts, swimming, games and lots more! 🌱🍕🧁

It was wonderful to see them learning new skills, exploring nature, getting creative and making new friends - all whilst having plenty of fun along the way! 💙🦦

This Friday 28th August is our LAST Fun Swim of the six-week holidays, so come and finish the summer with a splash! 💦☀️

💙 We can’t wait to welcome you to our Wellness Experience this Sunday! 💙

Our next Aquatic Health & Wellness session is happening this Sunday at 3.30pm, and we’re really looking forward to helping you switch off, relax and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself. 🧘‍♀️✨

If you have paid for your session, your place is confirmed and you are booked on. 💙

We recommend arriving at around 3.15pm so you have plenty of time to get changed, get comfortable and be ready for us to begin promptly at 3.30pm.

Then all that’s left to do is lie back, float, breathe and allow yourself to relax as we take you through our floating meditation and sound bath experience. 🌊🎶

We loved seeing how relaxed and refreshed everyone felt after our first session, and we’re looking forward to creating that peaceful space again this Sunday.

🕢 Please arrive for 7:15pm to allow time to settle in before we begin our relaxing 90-minute experience together.
Take some time for yourself, switch off from the outside world and enjoy an evening of floating meditation, soothing sounds and deep relaxation.

Because so many of you asked for additional sessions, we're delighted to announce our September dates:

🌊 Saturday 26th September – 4:30pm
