🌳✨ GOLDEN MOMENT ✨🌳
This morning, our artist Guan picked up his brushes and created Golden Moment - a special new interpretation of his signature Rainbow Tree.
The Rainbow Tree has a deeply personal meaning for Guan. It represents his journey out of homelessness: from a difficult and uncertain period in his life towards stability, creativity, hope and a new chapter.
For Golden Moment, the rainbow has become gold. 💛
Guan has painted the piece especially to support a fundraising event organised by KINEARA bringing together art, music, community and lived experience to help raise funds for their work in Southwark.
Kineara provides vital housing support to people facing homelessness and housing insecurity, helping people avoid eviction, find stability and sustain their homes.
There feels something particularly fitting about Guan contributing to this event. His own experience is a reminder of what can happen when someone is given the opportunity and support to move forward - and today his art can help support others on their own journeys.
