Entries close for the Hampton Pool Sprint Aquathlon on Friday 5th June at 8pm!! 🚨🚨🚨

Don’t miss out! Join us on Sunday 7th June for your next fitness challenge, a 432m swim in our heated outdoor pool followed by a 5k run through the beautiful paths of Bushy Park 🏊🏃‍♀️

This race is perfect for all levels of fitness, from total beginners to experienced multi-sport athletes looking for their next test 👌

Please note an upcoming timetable change:

On Monday 4th May (bank holiday Monday) we will be opening at the later time of 9am due to a triathlon happening in the morning. The gym will be open and classes will run as usual.

Please also note that the car park will be closed until 11am. We recommend cycling or using public transport to visit us instead. There is free parking available in the local, however, we ask that you be respectful of our neighbours when parking 🙏

Due to popular demand we are running an extra STA Safety Award course (1 day course) this year on Saturday 25th April! 🏊 📚

The course runs 10am until 5pm, with a theory session starting off in the morning at The Hampton Hub (TW12 2JA) then moving over to Hampton Pool in the afternoon for a pool-based practical session 📝

If you are a swimming teacher, aqua aerobics instructor, or school teacher and you are looking for a qualification that will allow you to provide safety cover for swimming lessons, then this qualification could be perfect for you! 🙌
