The water in our pools is heated throughout the year. We provide for the community 365 days of outdoor swimming, yes, you can even have a swim on Christmas Day!

The countdown is on to our Hampton Pool Sprint Aquathlon! With just 2 weeks to go, there's still time to get those final training sessions in and take on a new challenge.

Not sure where to start with your training? Here are a few tips to help you prepare:
🏊‍♀️ Mix up your training: Combine swimming and running sessions throughout the week.
⏱️ Practise your transitions: Get comfortable moving from the pool to the run.
💧 Don't forget recovery: Give your body time to rest and refuel between sessions.

Whether you're taking on your first race or looking to push yourself further, this is your chance to challenge yourself in the beautiful surroundings of Hampton Pool and Bushy Park. 🌳

Now is the perfect time to immerse yourself in your autumn training. With a 432m swim followed by a 5km run, Hampton Pool is the perfect place to practise your swim, build confidence and get race-ready before taking on the challenge in Bushy Park.

Make the most of the good weather and get your children swimming at Hampton Pool. 💦🌞

Our heated outdoor pool is a great place to start their swimming journey, with lessons available from just 3 months old through to adulthood!

Our Adult & Baby, Toddler and Preschool lessons are a lovely way to introduce little ones to the water in a relaxed environment, helping them become familiar, comfortable and confident from an early age.

For older children, our structured swimming stages provide a clear pathway for progression. Children can work through Stages 1–3 in our small pool, before moving into the main pool for Stages 4–8. From there, they can continue developing their skills with Pre-Club, before progressing onto Great Whites, our non-competitive swimming club.

Whether they’re taking their first splash or building on their swimming skills, there’s something for everyone at Hampton Pool. Make the most of our heated outdoor pool and start their swimming journey with us.
