As the colder months arrive, now is a great time to focus on your health and wellbeing. 🍂
Don't forget about our blood pressure monitor borrowing scheme, a simple and stress-free way to keep an eye on your blood pressure from the comfort of your own home!
How it works:
1. Head to your local library.
2. Check out a kit just like you would a book.
3. Follow the included instructions to monitor your heart health at home.

We also have freestanding monitors for walk-in use at Harlow Library and Great Parndon Library!

Knowing your numbers is one of the best things you can do for your long-term wellness. ❤️

Recommended by our staff ❤️

One of our team members at Harlow Library has just finished reading ‘Finding Grace’ by Loretta Rothschild. Her verdict? “Read to the end of the first chapter, you will be hooked”

This novel blends a page-turning moral dilemma with a sweeping love story, exploring the cost of keeping secrets and asking whether it’s ever too late to tell the truth.
