🌿 CARE COMPANION VACANCY – DUCHY COMPANIONS 🌿

Local, flexible part-time opportunity with hours to grow

Duchy Companions is looking for a kind, mature and dependable person to join our growing local companionship and care service.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with people and understands that great care is about much more than completing tasks — it’s about companionship, conversation, reliability and helping someone continue to enjoy life and maintain their independence.

The role will initially be for a few hours each week, with the opportunity for your hours and responsibilities to grow as the business grows.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Lives locally and knows the area
• Has previous care or support experience
• Is mature, friendly, patient and trustworthy
• Has their own car and is happy to travel locally
• Can offer some flexibility with working hours
• Is comfortable working independently
• Takes pride in providing a personal, reliable service

This could particularly suit someone with care experience who doesn’t necessarily want a traditional full-time care role, but would like flexible, meaningful work with a small and personal local business.

At Duchy Companions, we want to build a team of people we would happily trust to support our own family.
