There are roles available throughout the Estate in Housekeeping, in our Kitchens, The Tearoom & The Boar’s Head.

The Boar's Head - Housekeeping Supervisor: 35 hours, 5 over 7 days

The Boar's Head - Hotel Receptionist: 28 hours, 4-week rolling rota

The Boar's Head - Chef de Partie: 45 hours

The Boar's Head - Commis Chef: 45 hours

Estate-wide - Front of House: various hours

The Boar's Head at Ripley Castle - Let's face it the weather during January and February has not been kind to us with all the rain. So to help you get out and about during March and with the hope for better weather, we have made the decision to extend our Free Entry into the Gardens and Grounds for a further month. Our Tearooms are open 7 days a week offering drinks and light lunches, or for something more enjoy lunch at The Boar's Head. The Ripley Castle Team look forward to welcoming you all to Ripley Castle Estate.

The Boar's Head at Ripley Castle - LUNCH SERVICE CLOSURE - 25 FEBRUARY 2026

If you were intending on visiting The Boar's Head at Ripley Castle for lunch on Wednesday 25 February, please be advised that due to circumstances beyond our control the kitchen will be closed therefore we will not be offering a lunch service. We will re-open at 6 pm for Dinner Service. The Bar will remain open for Hot and Cold Beverages.

Our Tearooms are available for Light Lunches which are served 12-2pm.

Even on a rainy day here at Ripley Castle the Snowdrops look lovely around the Grounds and looks like won't be long before the daffodils will be in bloom.
