Just speak to our staff at reception and they will give you a waterproof tablet set up to use Good Boost.

Fill in your details and what you would like to achieve and the Good Boost software will create an individually tailored exercise programme for your workout in the water or in the gym.

The programme can also support you if you have long-term health, neurological or muscular conditions.
