Introducing Summer Stretch & Shine – Children's Yoga.

Join us this summer for a fun-filled 3-week yoga programme designed for children from EYFS to Key Stage 3.

Each age group has its own themed sessions, created to be engaging, age-appropriate and full of movement, mindfulness and fun.

Monday August 3rd, 10th & 17th.

11am - Age 3-5 years Nursery & Reception - 3 spaces left
(30 minutes) £4 per session.

12pm - Age 5-9 years 8 spaces left
(30 minutes) £4 per session
🌌 Outer Space Adventure
🌊 Under the Sea
🦒 Safari Adventure

Each session will include-
Yoga
Breathing exercises
Mindfulness
Fun games and activities
Relaxation

Whether your child loves stories, adventures or simply needs time to move, relax and recharge over the summer, there's something for everyone!

Spaces are limited to 10 per session, so booking is essential. Parents or carers are wholeheartedly encouraged to join in!
